Your home is probably the most expensive purchase that you will ever make and there are many steps involved before you take possession, but we are here to help you every step of the way. Our job is to make your purchase as easy as possible. We will create a property search that meets your criteria, schedule viewings of houses and write & negotiate purchase contracts. Once you have an accepted contract to purchase, we will initiate the title exam, coordinate inspections and help negotiate any repairs that need to be done. Lastly, we will review your closing statement for accuracy and coordinate the change of possession of your home.
