Who am I?
Rob Smith
I started New Millennium Realty in 2004 with the intention of being a small, independant brokerage that specializes in personalized service. The company has mostly consisted of just myself, with a few other agents flowing through from time to time. It has never been my goal to have a large company where the client got lost in the shuffle. As such, I am dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to my clients.
I also have an extensive knowledge of mortgage lending (having also been a licensed mortgage loan officer for over 20 years) and much experience in various aspects of real estate investing, including owning rental properties, rehabbing homes and working with investors.
